What is the personality type of Nils Schneider? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Nils Schneider from Turkisch Fur Anfanger 2006 and what is the personality traits.
Nils Schneider personality type is INTP, not INFP.
This is not surprising, since I’m arguing against the idea of type-as-assumption. But it is surprising, because the Nils Schneider personality type is INTP, not INFP. So why did I write that?
Because many of my readers wanted to know whether INTPs are more likely to be introverted than INTJs, or vice versa. I didn’t know. So I looked it up.
The answer is that they are about the same. The percentage of INTPs who are introverted is about 50%, and the percentage of INTJs who are introverted is about 50%, too. (There are slightly more INTJs than INTPs, but the difference is not statistically significant.)
Of course, this doesn’t mean that introversion is rare in INTPs, or that extroversion is rare in INTJs. It just means that introversion and extroversion are about equally common among the same personality type.
I didn’t realize this myself when I wrote my post on Nils Schneider, but I realized it when I was talking with a friend about the post.
