Bright Noa personality type is ESTJ, with a strong ESTJ flavor, though the flavor is milder than that which you see in FIJs. I don't think it is possible to call any of these characters "weak" (except for weak Fs). The best description I can give is that this type is, in many ways, more like an ESFJ. The ESTJ is much less likely to take the initiative in an interpersonal situation, and the ESTJ won't even start out unless they are motivated. The ESTJ is usually very focused on what is directly in front of them at the moment. When they are focused on something, they will focus on it completely, and not be distracted by other things. The ESTJ will also be very good at remembering things they want to keep track of, and remembering what they need to do next.
I think the ESTP can be described as an ESTJ who has a stronger preference towards auxiliary functions, and who is therefore more likely to be driven by emotions. However, the stronger auxiliary focus means that the ESTP will be less likely to take the initiative. If something doesn't grab their attention right away, they are unlikely to expend the energy necessary to get it moving.
