Haman Karn personality type is ENTJ, and his Rational/Judging function is Te. So we've got a type that's not just ESTP but also, very much so, ISTP.
Now, I'll point out before I go any further that this is not at all to say that because I believe that the ISTP is a manifestation of the Ni-Se-Ti psychological type of the ENTJ (and I think it is), that I don't think it's possible for a type to be ESTP and ISTP at the same time. Of course it's possible, just as it's possible for an ENTJ to have an INFJ or a TNPF personality. What I'm saying is that I think the ISTP is a potential manifestation of the ENTJ.
For those who are familiar with my work on psychological type, you know that I don't believe that there's a "right answer" to this question of what type a particular individual is. The fact is that we all have the potential to manifest different types at different times in our lives. A highly introverted individual might well become an extrovert as a result of a major life change or in response to the needs of a particular relationship, for example.
