Shinigami personality type is ESTP, which is one of my personal favorites. ESTPs are described as friendly, outgoing, humorous, dishonest, blunt, and charismatic.
I also think that the NE-Ti (introvert/extravert) is one of the most important types to consider for this line of thinking. Introverts tend to be more peaceful, calm, logical, and introspective. They tend to be more contemplative and sensitive than their extraverted counterparts. This is why I think Ni-Ti works so well with the idea of introspection. It's the perfect balance between the two.
