Luo Zhi personality type is INTP, not ISTP.
So, in summary, it is NOT possible for an INTP to be either an ISTP or an ISTJ. That is simply not possible. (1)
The one exception to this rule is in circumstances where an INTP may become an ISTP who moves into a new environment which is so different from the environment in which he or she was raised that the INTP's natural tendency to rebel against authority becomes so strong that it influences the way in which the INTP acts. For instance, the INTP may become an ISTP in school, but later find that his or her natural inclination to act in line with authority becomes so strong that the INTP decides to become an INTP again.
(1) I am not aware of any evidence that demonstrates that the INTP is more likely than the other types to reject his or her type.
