"OK," I said. "Fine. I'll set the board up in your room, and you can do it right there."
"I'm gonna go to sleep."
"No, no," I said. "If you're gonna write about yourself, you gotta do it when you're rested. You'll feel better."
He thought about it for a moment, then said, "That's a good idea." So we moved the board into his room and left it there.
"I'll be back tomorrow," I said. "We should do it then."
"OK," he said. "See ya."
I left, and Daystrom got comfortable in his bed. He turned on his lamp, and began writing.
