Sejanus personality type is ESTJ, with a Sejniak score of 94.

Here's a description of the Sejniak score:

I will give you a series of four statements. For each one I will ask you how much you agree or disagree with each statement, and later I will give you a few more statements and ask you the same thing again. Your scores for each statement will be from 0 to 100. Each time, I'll ask you a different set of statements. I'll begin with a set that is somewhat easy and then go up to a set that is somewhat hard. You can skip around if it gets too hard, but I'd rather not have you skip around since it changes the way I evaluate your personality type.

The first set of statements will be as follows:

It is easy to find support for my ideas in my work environment It is easy to convince others to agree with my ideas It is easy for me to change my job or career at any time It is easy for me to build many strong, long-lasting relationships It is easy for me to get people to do what I want them to do

The second set of statements will be as follows:

Lucius Aelius Seianus, commonly known as Sejanus, was a Roman soldier, friend and confidant of the Roman Emperor Tiberius. An equestrian by birth, Sejanus rose to power as prefect of the Roman imperial bodyguard, known as the Praetorian Guard, of which he was commander from AD 14 until his death in AD 31. While the Praetorian Guard was formally established under Emperor Augustus, Sejanus introduced a number of reforms which saw the unit evolve beyond a mere bodyguard, into a powerful and influential branch of the government involved in public security, civil administration and ultimately political intercession; these changes would have a lasting impact on the course of the Principate. During the 20s, Sejanus gradually accumulated power by consolidating his influence over Tiberius and eliminating potential political opponents, including the emperor's son Drusus Julius Caesar. When Tiberius withdrew to Capri in AD 26, Sejanus was left in control of the administration of the empire.
