Harry McDowell personality type is ENTJ, and the two of them are so well matched, you can’t help but feel bad for them. Because they don’t understand each other, and the things that seem so obvious to you and me.
I knew that I would be working with an ENTJ, and that I would have to figure out how to work with them well. I knew that there were going to be fights and disagreements and probably a few yelling matches.
But I was not expecting this.
When I sat down with the team at work, I wanted to make sure that I got the broad strokes of what they do here at the company, but I also wanted to understand their personalities.
I figured that everyone would be an ENTP, because they are the most personable people at the office, but I was wrong.
I was told that out of the 4 people, there were only 2 ENTPs, and one of them was me, which is weird because ENTPs are supposed to be more outgoing. I was also told that the other two were basically high-functioning sociopaths.
That was not good.
