Riley Griffin personality type is INTP, and I'm interested in a personality type that is also INTP.
What has your experience been like?
My first counselor said she thought I was an INTP, but that didn't make much sense to me since I had the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test results to prove it. I went to several counselors who all said that I was an INTP. One even said, "I see all these Myers Briggs stuff, and it's all bulls—t." She didn't care about the MBTI results.
I also felt like she was trying to convince me that I was an INTP, because if I didn't accept that I was one of them then she would have to admit that she'd been wrong about so many things.

As it turned out, I really did have an INTP. But this counselor recognized my Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) results and told me that she had been wrong about me for years. She said that at the beginning of my counseling sessions with her I was a very different person than I was a year later.
