Yzma personality type is ENTJ, and I’m not sure I like them very much, but they’re good at what they do and I’m not about to condemn them for it. We all have our weak spots and we all have our strengths, and if you’ve got a tendency to be a little overbearing or bossy, then that’s your personal shortcoming and you’re going to have to deal with it by making sure that you don’t do it. So, my advice is to do what you can to improve your EQ and your EQ-related personality traits, and if a little of your personality is counterproductive to the mission of your group, then you’ve got to have some kind of ability to ignore or ignore some of those personality traits so that the group can achieve its mission without being hampered by those personality traits.
But as for building a business, I think that if you have some kind of natural leadership ability and you have the natural drive to succeed and the natural ability to be a motivator and to inspire others, then you can probably develop those strengths into some kind of useful business skills.
