Encik Mohd.Salleh personality type is ESTJ, he’s very dependable, responsible, punctual, organized, and has high values in responsibilities. He’s a very practical person, which he would be the one to take care of his responsibilities. He’s not a very emotional person, however, when it comes to his family, family members are his life. This is how I met him when he was in his teenage years. He was my cousin when I was in my secondary school. Initially, when I was in my secondary school in Penang, he was in his Form one in Raffles Girls’ School. And when I was in Form two, he was in Form three at the same school. We were in the same class in Form one, but when we went to Form two, we didn’t have any classes together.
Actually, I was not close with him before we became cousins. I knew him only when we were in school. However, we became close friends when I was in Form four. We used to hang out together after school and study together during the holidays.

Encik Mohd. Salleh is the school's strict and fierce Deputy Headmaster. His sidekick, Pak Sham, the school's janitor, helps him by spying on the students and teachers to see if they are well-behaved or not. He was replaced by Cik Soo in Season 3.
Encik Mohd. Salleh is a strict and fierce person, making students and some teachers afraid of him, but he is afraid of Puan Hajar, the school's former headmistress. When Puan Hajar is away, he can become even more strict and fierce than he used to be, making the students and teachers feel even more tormented under his power. He has big dreams of becoming the school's next Headmaster. His English isn't quite good as he thinks it is. He isn't very friendly with Henry when they first met and sometimes pretends to be friendly with him when Puan Hajar is around.
