Why did you choose the name Aster?
Aster is a saint's name and it's also a name that people often call themselves. It's also a star which is very close to my heart, and I'm very much in love with stars and astronomy. Aster is also an important chemical element in the periodic table, and I like chemistry and physics, so I think it's a great fit.
How did Aster come about?
Aster is a pretty commonly used name. Aster is one of the names listed in the Bible as a "saint," and there are plenty of saints' names in the Bible. Aster, for me, is like many other saints' names: it's me. It's me and my personality and the way I live my life. (I don't consider myself a saint, but I do consider Aster to be a saint.)
How did you come up with the theme for Aster?
I loved science fiction when I was younger, so I wanted to pay homage to that with Aster's theme.
