He is the type who is not that good at impressing people with his ideas. And also he is not that good at being impulsive.
However, I think that the ISTJ-ESTJ combination is strange for him, because he is more interested in impressing people with his ideas than actually impressing them with his actions. He wants to be the person who has the best ideas, so he does not want to be seen as someone who is less of a thinker. So I think that the ESTJ-ISFJ combination might be better for him. The ESTJ gives him the qualities of being assertive and ambitious, and the ISFJ gives him the qualities of being sensitive and emotional.
