Hiroshi Chinen personality type is INTP, and I think he's been doing a good job of it. His most notable work, though, is a manga called BLAME!. About a decade ago, he released a comic series called BLAME! that has become a landmark in anime history because of the way it handles its themes. BLAME! features a character named Alto Saotome, who is a brilliant computer scientist, but his girlfriend is murdered. In vengeance, he hacks into the government's network and sets out to find her killer. As he hacks into systems and tries to find clues, he learns more about the real world and his own profile, as well as developing relationships with other characters.
It's worth noting that BLAME! is one of the few anime series that deals with its own themes in a mature manner. It deals with topics like the lack of privacy in the modern age and the riskiness of hacking into government systems, but does so in an intelligent way. There are no stupid jokes or corny symbolism. It's simply about Alto Saotome's search for the truth. And yes, it's also about revenge.
