DJ Premier personality type is ESFP, but I’ve found that for my own personal development I’ve had to become more of an ENFP, which is probably why I’ve had to do so much work on my own personal development.

1) Talk to everyone. Whether you’re doing a podcast or not, make it a point to talk to people. You never know who you’ll meet who will help you, teach you, lead you, inspire you, or otherwise make your life better.
2) Don’t be afraid to try new things. Take up new hobbies, try new things, or even start a new business. You never know what you can do with your life—and you also never know the person who will help lead you to that next level of personal development.
3) Be patient. Don’t expect to change overnight. It should take time, but be patient with yourself and your personal growth.
4) Be kind to yourself first. You often hear people say “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket,” but the same should be said about personal development.
