Milo Aukerman personality type is INTP, but the new guy on this tour is INTJ. He’s very smart and he knows the band inside and out. He’s our new manager. He’s not really on the levels of anyone else in the band, but he has an important role. He’s very good at managing us. He’s very funny. I think he’s funny. We ended up hiring him because we didn’t want to manage ourselves anymore. We don’t want to manage ourselves anymore. We were having a really hard time with that.
So you would rather not manage yourselves?
Yeah, well, it’s been a lot of work for us, which isn’t the best thing, but we’ve been doing it for a long time now and there are a lot of distractions out there. It’s a lot of work to coordinate a tour and a record release and all that kind of stuff. You have to be really focused and we want to be focused on making our next record.
