Glenn Frey personality type is ESFP, and that’s the type that I am, too. The ESFP personality type is defined as:

The ESFP personality is extroverted, sensing, feeling, and perceiving personality type. ESFPs are friendly and sociable, and tend to be very talkative and outgoing. They like to make an immediate connection with others and enjoy meeting new people. The ESFP personality type is daring and willing to take risks. They like to be spontaneous and like to keep busy and on the go. ESFPs like to be surrounded by a lot of people and enjoy being the centre of attention at parties, reunions, or other social gatherings.

All of us have to be careful about how we use our personalities. Being an extrovert isn’t always good. Being an extrovert can result in you being too much of a people person and not taking enough time for yourself at the end of the day. Being an extrovert also means that you’re going to be happy in social situations and may not be able to handle the long hours of solitude that introverts need to recharge.
