Pete Ham INFP personality type description
What is the Myers-Briggs personality type?
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a widely used personality assessment instrument designed to help people understand themselves better.
The test has been devised from the theories of prominent psychiatrist Carl Jung, whose theory of psychological types came from his observations of the relationships people have with their environment. In Jung's original work, he divided people into four types: introverts, extroverts, intuitionists and sensing types. Although the MBTI is not a test of Jung's theories, it does incorporate some of his ideas.
There are four main elements to the MBTI test: intuitive, sensing, thinking and feeling.
