    INTP (9w1)

Clarence Clarity personality type is INTP, INTJ or ISTP. The three personality types are often referred to as the “Dreamers”, “Artists” and “Intellectuals”. The original INTJ was believed to be Napoleon, but this is now believed to be a myth. He was actually an INTJ, but Thomas Mann changed his name to make it sound more INTJ-y.

Clarence Clarity is the alter ego of one of my current clients who asked me to be his therapist.

He has spent the last two years trying to convince me he is an INTJ personality type, which I have now confirmed through personality testing.

I want to share with you some of the things that I have learned about the INTJ personality type through working with Clarence Clarity. I hope you find this information useful.

A little bit about the INTJ personality type.

INTJs are often described as highly intelligent, articulate, introspective, analytical, independent, rational and logical problem solvers. They are often seen as very creative and innovative, but they can come across as hypercritical and suspicious of others.

Clarence Clarity is an English singer, songwriter, producer, and musician. He has been praised for his unique, eclectic pop sound which was described by The Guardian as "funk played by a swarm of bees", and is notable for his high degree of anonymity to his life outside of making music. Classified as "glitch pop" by music reviewing/curating site rateyourmusic.com, his general musical direction often tends to marr unusually disturbing and hypersexual lyrical content with appropriations of 2000s teen/boy band pop often filtered through intense bursts of white noise and glitch. His production techniques often make him a stand-out hyperpop talent, as his musical textures are described by outlets as "powerful" and "overwhelmingly gaudy to the point of cheese", as one site puts it, "often to the point of even causing physical discomfort to some rather unprepared and casual-minded listeners who aren't quite ready to hear the next step of incredibly galvanizing, genre-busting pop music".
