There are two types of people who care about their own interests first, and everyone else's second: INTPs and INTJs.

INTPs are the people who are always the first to give up on something that doesn't interest them. They are not interested in theories - they just want to understand the real world. "Intellectual" is not an insult. They are more likely to be interested in things like astronomy, chemistry, biology, physics, and history than they are in philosophy, art history, or literature. They are more likely to be interested in computers than they are in politics, or make-up. You can be at your best when you are pursuing your interests, and INTPs are the people who are most likely to do this.

INTJs are the people who value ideas more than anything else.

Armando Anthony "Chick" Corea (June 12, 1941 – February 9, 2021) was an American jazz composer, keyboardist, bandleader and occasional percussionist. His compositions "Spain", "500 Miles High", "La Fiesta", "Armando's Rhumba" and "Windows" are widely considered jazz standards. As a member of Miles Davis's band in the late 1960s, he participated in the birth of jazz fusion. In the 1970s he formed Return to Forever. Along with Herbie Hancock, McCoy Tyner, Keith Jarrett and Bill Evans, he is considered one of the major piano players to emerge in jazz during the post-John Coltrane era.

Corea continued to pursue multiple collaborations and to explore different musical styles throughout the 1980s and 1990s. He was also known for promoting and fundraising for a number of social issues.
