He moved back and forth between his mother’s home and his father’s for a number of years, until he finally lived permanently with his mom. Ogden said that his mother’s love and support encouraged him to follow his dreams.
Ogden was involved in many activities in high school. He played several sports, including basketball, and he was on the school debate team. Ogden says he was “obsessed with death” at one point, so he would spend most of his time reading about death and morbid things.
