As far as I know, if you want to be a mentor you cannot organize your own group, I’m not sure but if you do it is probably not accepted. I am not an ISFJ but I can give you some tips, like you can’t be the one to do the inviting because you might intimidate them (I don’t know how it works for ISFJ). You can also try to find people on the Internet who are not intimidated by the idea of doing a mentor group and ask them if they want to be your mentor. MENTOR GROUP RULES: I’ll give a quick summary of what a mentor group should look like. It should have about one or two mentors. More than that will become unmanageable and it will be hard to keep track of everyone’s commitment. It should have a leader who will be responsible for inviting other members to join, and also for reminding members about their commitment to the group.
Zach Condon was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on February 13, 1986. He grew up in Newport News, Virginia, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Condon played trumpet in a jazz band as a teenager and cites jazz as a major influence. Condon attended Santa Fe High School, until dropping out when he was 17. Work at a cinema showing international films piqued his interest in Fellini arias, Sicilian funeral brass, and Balkan music. Condon attended community college for a short period, before traveling to Europe at the age of 17 with his older brother, Ryan. Condon's exploration of world music developed Beirut's melodic sound.
