Their sense of morals and logic is strong, they tend to be more academic or technical minded, they’re very intuitive and they’re very aware of their own emotions.
In short, they’re the perfect match for the ENFJ, which is why they’re often seen as more “mature” than the other types. They’re more introspective, more analytical and less giving.
And since ISTJs are very practical (which is why they’re also seen as mature), ISTJs are usually more focused on career and means than INFJs are.
The ISTJ personality type is actually one of the most common personality types in the world (second only to ENFJ).
