What is the personality type of Elly Jackson (La Roux)? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Elly Jackson (La Roux) from Electronic & Experimental and what is the personality traits.
Elly Jackson (La Roux) personality type is INTP, i.e. Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Perceiving.
La Roux’s song ‘In For The Kill’ is a perfect example of this type’s communication style.
While the other members of La Roux sing a chorus, Elly Jackson dominates the first verse, delivering a stream of consciousness that is both poetic and technically accomplished. It’s a powerful way to express complex ideas.
What makes this song so powerful is the way it offsets the image of a ballsy rough-and-tumble woman who dresses like a man. In her songs, Elly Jackson plays the role of a reluctant warrior – but she’s not a ‘cool girl’ – she’s a warrior who has no intention of being cool about it.
Elly Jackson is a true archetype for INTPs – a woman who sees the world as an intricate puzzle that needs to be solved, and who pursues that goal with passion, tenacity and courage.
