Nivek Ogre personality type is INTP, and I was telling her how I felt, and she went on this whole spiel of "what if you were insane, what if you did this, what if you did that... what kind of person would do that?" I said something like "I wouldn't be the kind of person who would do that, that's insane" and she went on like it was the most obvious thing in the world. I mean, yeah, yeah it is. But she was like "but what if you did?" and I had to say "well, I'm not insane, I would not do that."
I think she was looking for a reason why I wouldn't do it. Now I know she knows there is no reason, but she doesn't know it yet. But she was looking for one.
So what the hell is with people not understanding that there is no reason?
I think it's because most people don't live with an insane person, so they don't have any frame of reference to understand insanity.
