John Dutton personality type is ESTJ, or "the organizer". I know, I know, it's so obvious, but I must confess that I've always been a little reluctant to use those letters. I tend to think of those letters as an abbreviation for "Extra Sensory and Time". It's a very broad description, and it's just not that clear. I'm sure that if one were to spend time with an ESTJ, the person would quickly show themselves to be a well-organized and efficient person. But I find that those letters don't seem to fit.
I did once have a friend who did have one of those letters on his business card. He was very organized, and had a lot of people working for him. He was also the kind of person who could get you to do what he wanted by just making you feel guilty. This is the reason why he got so much done, but he was also very vindictive, and secretive.
One time at work, I was sitting at my desk doing some work when my boss came over to me and said, "I need you to do me a favor."
