The second thing to note is the bias in the application of the Myers-Briggs theory to real people. We are all different, but the theory seems to be predicated on the idea that all people are alike, all being ISTJ's or ENTP's or whatever. It's not just me saying this, it's the creator of the MBTI. The idea that everyone is alike is antithetical to the very nature of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. This is why I think Myers-Briggs is used for testing, to tell people what they are, not what they are like. It's also why I think it's extremely important to use an Intuitive-Thinking-Feeling-Perceiving system to rate people, because that can account for individual differences.
