I started to research the subject and found that there were a lot of "scarecrow" type people that I personally knew and had worked with over the years.
I also found that there were a lot of people that knew "Scarecrows" and worked with them. The problem was that they did NOT know them as "Scarecrows".
They knew them as "nervous" or "paranoid".
The problem is that this is not the real cause of the behavior of the "Scarecrow".
