Luigi Catizone (Luigi’s D’Italia) personality type is ESTJ, but I’m not a fan of the way he expresses his ideas. He is an idealist, and he believes in people, but he is quick to label them as not being up to par. Catizone has a lot of “I want” and “I fix” statements. The ESTJ would be a great manager who knows how to delegate and also knows how to lead. I also think that Catizone can be a great judge, because he has that ESTJ’s vision, perspective and desire.
The ESTJ is the most common personality type in the US, and I would love to see more ESTJs on the show.
