I was born in the former East Germany, and for most of my childhood, I was aware that my country was run by a dictatorship. I was educated in a church school and had no chance to know about any political system other than the one I was familiar with (and I still don't know much about current ones). So, when I was getting older, I started to look for information about other political systems. And I found out that there is a lot of them.

One day I came across a book called "The Sixteen Personality Types," by a woman named Isabel Myers. And I still think that it is a very good introduction to personality typing. It gave me the basic idea of the different types of people, and their variations.

There is a lot of information in that book, but since there are 16 different types, it might be a bit too much for a small blog post. So I'll try to summarize it here, and talk about my own experiences with the different types.

    The 16 types are:

    1. The introverts (INTJ)

    2. The extroverts (ENTJ)

Helmut Josef Michael Kohl (3 April 1930 – 16 June 2017) was a German political leader who served as Chancellor of Germany from 1982 to 1998 (of West Germany 1982–1990 and of the reunited Germany 1990–1998) and as the chairman of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) from 1973 to 1998. From 1969 to 1976, Kohl was minister president of the state Rhineland-Palatinate. Kohl chaired the Group of Seven in 1985 and 1992. In 1998 he became honorary chairman of the CDU, resigning from the position in 2000. Born in 1930 in Ludwigshafen to a Roman Catholic family, Kohl joined the Christian Democratic Union in 1946 at the age of 16. He earned a PhD in history at Heidelberg University in 1958 and worked as a business executive before becoming a full-time politician. He was elected as the youngest member of the Parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate in 1959 and became Minister-President of his home state in 1969.
