The thing that really changed my life was that I realized I used to be afraid of expressing myself. I love myself, and I'm worth it. It was like opening the floodgates that had been holding back my emotions for years. The flood came crashing in that day, and it's never stopped.
I still think of myself as an introvert, but I've found that my introversion has allowed me to be more open with the world. It has allowed me to be more social, but not because I can't stand being around people.
