They are always willing to help those in need, and they live for stability and comfort. These people are very warm and nurturing. They are also warm and caring towards those they love, often providing a great deal of support and care.
They are often more emotionally reactive than some other types, and may even need to take a break from time to time. ESFJs live in a world of open-heartedness, and they believe that it is their responsibility to help people in need. They feel a great deal of responsibility towards those around them, and they find it hard to be detached from those they love. They have a deep need to provide comfort to those they love, and they have a tendency to overcompensate for their own feelings of stress.
They often have a difficult time being emotionally detached from others, and can become overwhelmed by the needs of those around them. They may be so focused on being supportive that they lose sight of their own needs. They may be so selfless that they neglect themselves, and they may have a hard time saying “no” to others.
