The end of the story?
It was a fitting finale for a character who started out as a one-shot and was rebooted into a full-time book.
But for loyal readers who were hoping for more of the same, it was sad to see the final battle between Batman and the Joker.
It’s impossible to say exactly who would have won. But it seemed like Batman would have eventually won, after all the time he spent training. Unless the Joker had planned to kill himself, too.
But it’s not like Batman didn’t win in the end; he just didn’t win with his own hands. Which is how he wanted it, anyway.
