Posekado is a young boy who has a high degree of sensitivity. He is easily touched by any kind of emotions. Because of that, he is a very gentle and sweet boy. He is the only kid who can see ghosts (he is also an old man in the manga). Due to his sensitivity, he can also feel when someone is angry or upset, and that's why he tries to help them or make them feel better.
As a kid in the manga, his mother had used him to scare away a ghost that was bothering her. As a result he had been traumatized by the experience, and was always frightened whenever there was something haunting or scary in the area. He became a ghost catcher so he could protect others from other scary spirits. He was also afraid of the dark, which is why he loved his father's stories about the ghosts inside.
