    INFJ

    INFJ (5w4)

Sheldon Solomon personality type is INFJ, which means I have a lot of trouble with the whole "being a team player" thing.

That sounds… a little bit like a description of a sociopath, doesn't it?

    No, it's not.

I'm going to preface this by saying that I think that INFJs have a very difficult time being a team player, and this is something that needs to be addressed by everyone who has an INFJ in their life.

Because, let's face it. Being on a team sucks for us. It's hard for us to work together as a team, and we have a lot of trouble with the whole "being a team player" thing.

We're introverted, and we're fiercely independent, and we prefer working alone to working with other people.

We're not going to encourage you to work on a team. We're going to encourage you to reach out to other people on a team, and to work with them.

If you can't do that, then you need to find another job that you can work alone. Or at least, find another job that has very few people.
