    ENFP (8w7)

Ernesto "Che" Guevara personality type is ENFP, or Extraverted iNtuitive Feeling Perceiving. In other words, he is a "people person" who is also very adept at "seeing people." He gets a charge from people, from the little details of someone's appearance, from seeing a group of people make a decision, or from learning a new fact about a person. He wants to know, and he wants to figure out.

He also likes to make connections between people and things. He can see how different people's lives intersect, and he likes to see how they fit together. The ENFP loves to get the big picture, and he loves to put things into their proper context. In doing so, he can get a lot out of a person, and also get a lot from a conversation. He is good at listening, and can understand what others say because he puts it into context.

His biggest weakness, however, is his tendency to get too involved in a topic. He can try to "read" someone's story through their words and actions, but he also gets caught up in the story itself. He can get so involved in a book or an article that he forgets to take a break to breathe.

Ernesto "Che" Guevara (June 14, 1928 – October 9, 1967) was an Argentine Marxist revolutionary, physician, author, guerrilla leader, diplomat and military theorist. A major figure of the Cuban Revolution, his stylized visage has become a ubiquitous countercultural symbol of rebellion and global insignia in popular culture. As a young medical student, Guevara traveled throughout South America and was radicalized by the poverty, hunger and disease he witnessed. His burgeoning desire to help overturn what he saw as the capitalist exploitation of Latin America by the United States prompted his involvement in Guatemala's social reforms under President Jacobo Árbenz, whose eventual CIA-assisted overthrow at the behest of the United Fruit Company solidified Guevara's political ideology.
