    MYTH #1: ESTJs are right-brained

People think that because ESTJs are often perfectionists and detail-oriented, they are all right-brained. This isn't necessarily true. While an ESTJ's dominant function is definitely Introverted Thinking (Ti), which is the logical, analytical function of the brain, this doesn't necessarily mean that their dominant function is their right hemisphere.

ESTJs are actually more likely to be left-brained than right-brained. The left hemisphere of the brain analyzes information in more literal ways, while the right hemisphere of the brain processes information in more abstract ways.
