If there's one thing Scott can do, it's delegate. He's efficient, which will serve him well as governor. He's learned plenty from his father, and he's not afraid to talk to people. He seems to take criticism well, and it's hard to be critical of him.
The bad
Scott has made a lot of enemies. He's also seems to lack any real charisma or leadership skills; even his top aide said Scott "doesn't connect with people." The biggest problem is that he doesn't seem to take responsibility for his own actions. He even blamed his father for his campaign's missteps (he got caught not paying taxes, for example).
The bottom line
Scott is a capable leader. But he needs to change a few things about himself before he can become a good governor.
