In "The Negotiator", the Negotiation Team is sent to negotiate with an army of Evil Robots that have been put on attack by robots from a nearby city. Evil Robot Eye is the only member of the team to be killed.
Evil Robot Eye appears in "Operation Impending Doom" as an unnamed member of the Negotiators. When the robot army is about to storm the Robot City, Evil Robot Eye suggests that they search for another robot for leverage, but Evil Robot Face says that they will only do this if they are able to find a new Negotiator or if they are unable to find one. Evil Robot Eye does not appear in any other episodes.
Evil Robot Eye appears again in "The Negotiator II" where he is one of the few robots to not be deactivated (or destroyed) when the Negotiators are deactivated.
