Abyssinian personality type is ENTJ, but that's his off-type, and I don't know that it's not.
The same thing goes for the INFJ in the ISFJ role. There's a lot of similarities between the two, and I think they're both INFJs.
All of this is just to say that personality type doesn't make all of us the same. It doesn't even tell us all that much about someone.
As for the other types, I think INFJ and INTJ are both INFJs. I don't know about the rest of them.
I'm not sure what makes you think INTJ is a female type. I don't really care either way, but I haven't heard people say that before.
