Kappa personality type is ENTP, and therefore the type that most people with the label "introvert" would be most likely to be. This is not to say that introverts aren't capable of making mistakes, and it's certainly not to say that extroverts cannot make mistakes. It is to say that this is one of the best known and most influential mistakes in the world of personality type, and is most likely the reason why people who don't know much about type at all think that introverts are "quiet".
A disorganized person is not necessarily an introvert. Organized people can be disorganized. Organized people can be highly extroverted or highly introverted. If you're organized, that doesn't mean that you wouldn't be able to make a mess of your room.
I've been a very organized person all my life, and if I were a mess, I would have a hard time telling you. A kappa is an amphibious yōkai demon or imp found in traditional Japanese folklore. They are typically depicted as green, human-like beings with webbed hands and feet and a turtle-like carapace on their backs. A depression on its head, called its "dish" (sara), retains water, and if this is damaged or its liquid is lost (either through spilling or drying up), the kappa is severely weakened. The kappa are known to favor cucumbers and love to engage in sumo wrestling. They are often accused of assaulting humans in water and removing a mythical organ called the shirikodama from their victim's anus.
