Big Dipper/Ursa Major personality type is ISFP, and I can definitely see a lot of my writing being influenced by it. The MBTI is very accurate with the descriptions, and has been very helpful in understanding my own preferences.
I have been reading a lot of articles on the internet about MBTI and its applications, and I have a lot of questions. For example, what is a valid reason for choosing a different letter in the preference order? If I have a strong preference for an introverted letter with a degree of extroversion that I have identified, is that still valid? Another question is: what does it mean to be more like one's introverted preference (like I am more like ISFP) or more like one's extraverted preference (like I am more like ENFP)?
Essentially, what is the value of the MBTI over other more traditional tests?
