Chadley personality type is INTP, my husband is ENTP. So I am very familiar with the differences between ENTP and INTJ (or ISTP vs. INTJ, I’ve seen both) and how the two types feel about each other.
So, I was very happy to see my husband in an INTJ forum. I was wondering why he didn’t like the forum, but after reading his post, I can see it’s not about the forum at all. It’s about how he feels he must be quiet and that others are not listening to him.
I don’t think I have ever seen him so unhappy or so angry or so frustrated with himself. He’s been trying to do this for years, but I think he’s realizing he can’t control himself forever. But I don’t know how to help him. He doesn’t want to go to counseling or talk to a therapist.
I’m just wondering if anyone has experience with this, especially if you would have some advice for me.
