Koi personality type is ISFJ, which is a very rare type. It means that I am not likely to do anything on my own. I depend on people to do things for me so that I can be happy. Because of this I have anxiety around taking on new projects. I have found that the best way to manage anxiety is to become really good at something I already enjoy doing. I have learned to organize my time so that it is easier for me to meet deadlines. Because of my anxiety being at work I have to be really organized or else I won’t be able to get anything done.
The other thing that has helped me at work is reading. The other day I was at work and I was reading one of my favorite books, American Nerd by Jen Sincero. It was very interesting because it talked about how all the young people are getting the same information, but are all interpreting it differently. Many of these young people are writing something called a blog, but it is not exactly what you would think of as a blog. When they are writing it it is usually not very long because they are trying to put into words all the thoughts that are bouncing around in their heads.
