Usando desse meio precário e popular para divulgar sua longa grife de poemas e escritos, algo que o mesmo iria se referir futuramente como pós-hippie/proto-punk por seguir a linha "do it yourself". Nos anos 90 o chacal se tornou diretor do CEP 20.000, um movimento/grupo liderado pelo chacal até 2015 que já foi descrito como: "encubadora de indivíduos inquietos...celeiro de poetas, viveiro de artistas e músicos, turbilhão de inventores."
