My take on the ENTJ vs. ESFJ debate is that the INTP-style ESFJ is actually the real match for the ESFP. Here's why:
ESFJs are more likely to be more sociable than the ENTJ (since their extraverted thinking and feeling are less developed). This is probably because ESFJs are more likely to be more extroverted than introverted (since their extraversion is more developed).
ESFJs also tend to focus more on other people than on their own personal development and growth. This is because ESFJs' extraversion is more developed than the ENTJ's introversion. This means they can take in more stimulation from their environment and act upon it more quickly, which is why they may seem more sociable.
ESFJs are more likely to be more sensitive to criticism and to become upset by it.
