Emerson Bernardo de Abreu, ou simplesmente Emerson Abreu (Rio de Janeiro, 29 de julho de 1974) é um Roteirista da Mauricio de Sousa Produções (MSP), que ingressou em 1996. Já atuou como ilustrador e deu aulas de desenho.
Emerson é reconhecido por seu estilo diferente nos quadrinhos, com formatos únicos de distintos aspectos caricatos e engraçados dos personagens que cria. Ao iniciar seu trabalho na MSP, desenvolveu ainda mais a história, características e personalidades dos personagens já existentes, em especial a Denise e o Xaveco, que se tornaram ainda mais populares e queridos pelo público.
É o criador da "Supersaga do Fim do Mundo", nas edições da Turma da Mônica Jovem, além de autor de personagens notáveis, como a Bruxa Viviane, a Jumenta Voadora, a LELEALA, as Meninas do Bairro das Pitangueiras, a Família do Xaveco, os Tombanianos, e muitos outros.
