    He also discovered that a lot of the things that he was struggling with in his life were the exact same things that he’d been dealing with in his job.

    “I had been struggling with building a good team. I had been struggling with leading a team, where I wanted to go from where we were,” he said. “I was struggling with having a good team-building process where people were on the same page and they understood why we were doing this, and they were supporting it. And then having a good management process to get people to move forward.”

    He also realized that the fact that he’s a geek meant that that was a big part of what he did.

    Richard Slessman is the accomplice of serial killer Tim Vogel who appears in Season One episode "Extreme Aggressor".
