Ryokugyu personality type is ENTP, and the latter is clearly enneagram 1. This means Ashi's subconscious wants to get "back to the golden age" of the Edo period, but her conscious mind is trying to keep her from doing so because she fears getting hurt. The "golden age" of the Edo period was a time when people understood what was going on in their own hearts and could perceive and respond to their desires. The ideal of the "golden age" is based on the ideal of perfection, and this seems like a very idealistic and impossible goal. However, because people in the Edo period had to live in the harsh reality of the world, they were forced to be honest with themselves and their desires, and this created a consciousness that was realistic and practical. Because the "golden age" was based on such realism, it could never be reached, and by trying to reach such an impossible goal, people could only damage their lives. Because Ashi's subconscious wants to return to the "golden age" of the Edo period, Ashi's conscious mind is trying to protect her from doing so.
