Senna personality type is ISFJ, as I do have a fear of not being liked and being criticized. I am a very caring person and have deep values that have been instilled in me through my family and my religion. I am a perfectionist and will do anything to make sure that I am a good person and a good employee. I joined a law firm a few years ago and have been there since, this is going on three years now. I love the work and the people, but something has been missing from my life, which is family. The firm is very competitive and I feel that I am not getting the recognition that I deserve. I would love to come back to my roots and be with my family. This is something that I have been thinking about for a long time now, but the firm has been all over me, which puts me in a very difficult position.
I am hoping that this interview will help me with my career goals and my personal life as well. This would be an amazing opportunity for me, but I need to know that it is something that I want. If you could please give me any advice that you might have, it would be greatly appreciated.
